Move to BOOKING
Export the file from your current system and upload it to the dashboard. BOOKING recognises Turitop, EscapeUp and Escape Room Director, and for any other system there is the GM-CTRL template.
Where you come from
BOOKING recognises the file by its columns and knows how to read it. You don't have to fix it up in Excel.
The bookings export, with its payments and comments.
The bookings list, part-paid ones included.
With the payment split into deposit, card, Bizum and cash.
Copy your bookings into the GM-CTRL template and upload it the same way.
See the templateNo surprises
Before anything is written, the dashboard tells you how many bookings go in, which are past and which are upcoming, and why any of them can't be imported. And nobody gets an email because you imported.
“Delete import” removes in one go everything that came in with a file. Bookings you have touched since (charged, moved, played…) are kept, unless you tick otherwise.
Columns the dashboard has no field for go to each booking's notes (the customer's or the internal ones) or become extra questions for the room, with the answers from the file saved. With MASTER, those answers reach the room when you press “Ready”.
Each booking comes in with its price and what was paid; if the file splits deposit, card, Bizum and cash, one payment goes in for each part. And if an upcoming booking falls at a time you no longer offer, it asks you whether to move it or leave it.
The GM-CTRL template
A CSV with 17 columns. Copy into them what your system exports (or what you keep in a spreadsheet) and upload it like any other file.
Only five are required: referencia, sala, fecha, hora and personas. Rows that can't be imported are downloaded so you can fix them and upload them again: whatever was already imported is skipped on its own.

From your current system, whatever file it gives you. Or fill in the template.
In the BOOKING dashboard, under “Import bookings”. You say which room each game is and BOOKING remembers it for next time.
You see what will happen, import, and sort out anything left outside your opening hours. Your bookings are already on the calendar.
Questions
Not from the import: importing does not send any email or WhatsApp to anyone. Upcoming bookings with an email address do get the usual reminder before their game (24 hours before by default), just like any other booking.
Yes. Bookings that were already there are skipped on their own, so you can upload a more recent file just before you switch the widget on your website.
You delete that import and run it again. Bookings you have touched since are kept, unless you tick otherwise.
Yes, as history, so your statistics start with data. Those older than the retention period you have set come in without name, email or phone.
Use the GM-CTRL template: with the five required columns you can already import. Or get in touch with us and we'll help you import them.
3 months free, no card needed. Import, see how it looks and decide.
